Plans and usage

Fair managed-people pricing, counting rules and plan usage.

Audryo is priced by managed people, not by stored contacts and not by email volume. You can sync your complete customer history without turning every database row into a billable contact.

What counts as a managed person

A person counts once in a calendar month when Audryo actively works with them. That happens when they:

  • enter or remain in an active Journey;
  • participate in an active treatment or holdout; or
  • receive a Campaign or lifecycle message.

Multiple messages, Journey steps and qualifying actions in the same month still count as one managed person.

What does not count

These activities do not make someone billable on their own:

  • storing a person or keeping their history;
  • updating profile attributes;
  • receiving product events;
  • analysing product or customer data;
  • membership in a saved audience that is not used by active lifecycle

work; and

  • keeping a suppressed or unsubscribed person with no active work.

When usage crosses a band

Lifecycle work continues without interruption. New Journey enrollments, Campaigns and transactional messages keep running. Audryo warns you as usage approaches the current band and shows the next applicable band; future billing reflects the people Audryo actually managed.

Open Settings → Plans & usage to see the current band and monthly usage. Every plan includes the full platform, unlimited stored people, unlimited sends through your own email provider and a generous amount of Audryo AI.
