Foundation
Product facts, sources, and the brand kit Ask AI is allowed to use.
Foundation is how Audryo understands your product before it proposes audiences, journeys, or copy. It is not a blog CMS. It is the brief.
Product sources
Add a public URL (usually your marketing site). Audryo fetches it and extracts product facts: what you sell, who it is for, notable features, each with a source excerpt and a confidence score.
Statuses you will see: queued, fetching, analyzing, then ready or failed. Failed fetches show a reason — fix the URL or robots restriction and add the source again.
Only confirmed facts are allowed into AI-written email claims. Unconfirmed facts can still inform suggestions, but they must not appear as “we guarantee X” in customer mail.
Confirming facts
Open each fact. Confirm, reject, or edit the statement so it is literally true. Reject anything legal, pricing, or incentive-shaped the site never said. This is the difference between on-brand mail and hallucinated discounts.
Brand kit
The brand kit stores logo, colors, and type derived from the site (and whatever you correct). New emails start from this look via the brand base template. See Templates and themes.
Why this exists
Classic tools hand you a blank canvas. Audryo’s agent and Ask AI are not allowed to invent product truth. Foundation is the allow-list. If a proposal feels generic, the usual cause is an empty or unconfirmed fact set — not a missing “make it punchy” prompt.
